We help people release the trauma of a cancer diagnosis and its treatment and to shift out of crisis-mode, to reconnect with their whole selves and to restore their energy so that they can return back fully into their daily lives. The week-long retreat is a therapeutic process from the moment guests arrive, leaving their daily stresses at the door, to the moment they leave, ready to re-engage. We offer yoga, meditation, relaxation sessions, complementary treatments, delicious food to nourish the body and plenty of time to rest and relax. But more than that, it is a chance to reconnect with the simple pleasures of life and to enjoy being amongst caring people in a beautiful environment.
